We keep this short because there is not much to tell. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and tracks nobody.
Abracadabra Simsalabim is run by its two founders, Andreas Wålm and Johan Ronnestam, through their companies Wålm Network AB and Ronnestam Consulting AB, both in Stockholm, Sweden, until our joint company is registered. Ronnestam Consulting AB is the data controller for this website, because that is where your message ends up. Questions about your data: johan@ronnestam.com.
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. Nothing else is collected about you.
To read your message and reply to it. That is our legitimate interest in running a contact form, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
The form hands your message to Resend, an email delivery service, which sends it to our inbox. The site itself is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short time to run and protect the service. Both may process data in the United States under the EU standard contractual clauses.
Your message stays in our inbox for as long as the conversation needs it. We delete it when it is no longer needed.
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will sort it out. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
Tapchat lives at tapchat.bot and has its own privacy policy and terms. This notice covers abracadabrasimsalabim.com only.
